Learn how to apply the game-changing concept of DUO, or Dynamic Unifying Opposition, to yoga postures in ways that will leave you feeling grounded and spacious. DUO will increase the stretch, stability, and space in every pose.

This workshop starts with a lecture format to learn these skills and ends with a fluid vinyasa practice that makes you fitter and more robust. Discover how Blissology’s “myofascial tuning” and “Sensation-Guided Attunement” will allow you to refine your yoga poses to move more freely in your hips and shoulders. Expect to feel like you have had a massage and shed years of stress and tightness. Eoin will end by giving a Q+A after the workshop and book signing.

Join Jodi and Sharon for a Breathwork Journey. You will be fully supported by these two teachers throughout your journey with healing touch and hands-on energy work. You will be taught a technique called Conscious Connected Breath, that will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, insight, and healing. The use of this breathing technique is often compared to the profound effects of plant medicine. Please bring a blanket and a pillow, and any other props you would like, with you for the journey.

The New Year is a perfect time to set intentions, renew commitments and learn self care practices for well being. It is from a place of energetic abundance that we can offer ourselves fully in all aspects of our lives.

Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences that have been practiced for thousands of years to bring harmony to the body, mind, and consciousness. This two day workshop will offer you a clear understanding on how to weave these wisdom teachings into contemporary life to uplift and enhance well being.

On Saturday, you will learn foundations of Ayurveda which includes discovering and harmonizing with your constitution and how it aligns with your environment, seasons and cycles. You will learn to evaluate your prakruti (original unique constitution), and vikruti (any current constitutional imbalance)

On Sunday, Tami will share some of Ayurveda’s most cherished self care practices that connect us to our inner essence to maintain balance and enhance vitality. These include dietary recommendations and daily lifestyle practices We will learn how to move gracefully through the seasons, our personal life cycles and how to align our inner rhythms with nature’s rhythms.
We welcome new and experienced students of Yoga & Ayurveda. Both days will include a nourishing Yoga practice suitable for all levels and a training manual.

Yin Yoga is a quiet, soft and incredibly grounding style of Yoga. The postures are fewer and held for longer periods of time. This practice is profoundly beneficial to the body, mind and nervous system, and an exquisite form of self healing. Yin brings us to more subtle states of awareness, restorative and creative brain wave states. On a physical level, Yin postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body, mainly fascia, providing nourishing circulation to the joints and increased muscular flexibility.

This weekend will give you the understanding and skills to deepen your practice and confidently teach Yin Yoga to students, friends and family. You will learn Yin Philosophy, physical anatomy, alignment and subtle Anatomy: how the postures correspond to the chakra system, meridian lines, pressure points and organs. Each day you will be guided through a nourishing Yin practice. The final practice will include a Healing Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls.

Tami will provide you with a training manual. All are welcome and encouraged to join. You do not need to be a Yoga teacher. Each one of us can share inspiration that comes from an embodied Yoga practice to create more peace in this world.

This in depth study/ training is for those seeking to deepen their understanding and experience of Pranayama, the ancient Yogic art of breath mastery.
