Join Jodi and Sharon for a Breathwork Journey. You will be fully supported by these two teachers throughout your journey with healing touch and hands-on energy work. You will be taught a technique called Conscious Connected Breath, that will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, insight, and healing. The use of this breathing technique is often compared to the profound effects of plant medicine. Please bring a blanket and a pillow, and any other props you would like, with you for the journey.
