The Rasa Yoga 200-hour Teacher Training is MORE than just another yoga course!

This is a transformative journey that invites you to shed old and outdated ways of being in order to truly cultivate and trust your own gifts and bring them out to be of service in the world. This training brings sophisticated biomechanics of the body together with a life-affirming Tantric philosophy, meditation and self-care practices, sacred sound vibration (mantra), shadow work and teaching skills that will nourish your body, mind, and spirit, elevate your yoga, and make you a better leader and communicator in every area of your life!

Pranify Yoga is excited to partner with Yerbana + other incredible Seattle yoga studios for free outdoor yoga this summer!

Come practicing with us Thursday 6:30-7:30p 7/20 with Chelsea Murphy and 8/3 with Anna Maria.

Yerbana Yoga In The Park runs from Jun 22- Sept 21, 2023. Classes held from 6:30- 7:30 pm. This is a perfect opportunity to connect with yourself and like-minded individuals in one of our city's most iconic locations, Gas Works Park. Come experience the benefits of yoga and Yerba Mate with a stunning view of the Seattle skyline.

Each week, experienced instructors from studios around Seattle will guide you through a new and invigorating yoga practice suitable for all levels. Whether you are an experienced yogi or just getting started, this series is for you.

Immerse yourself in golden hour beauty at Greenlake Park as we reconnect to self and Nature. We will practice shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), move through asana (physical yoga), and ignite your creativity with wildcrafted tea and time to reflect. Take a deep breath, reset your nervous system, and reconnect to your sense of wonder and curiosity.

Andrea Hedberg Rojas Bio
Andrea is a certified yoga instructor who brings a unique blend of spirituality, movement, and creativity to her classes. She is passionate about inspiring her students to explore the depths of their bodies and to discover the joy and freedom that comes from moving with intention and purpose. Certified in one of Bali's top yoga schools and having an extensive journey of self-discovery, Andrea brings a deep appreciation for the philosophy and spiritual aspects of yoga to her teaching. Her classes are infused with wisdom, insight, and a rich blend of sensory pleasures: music, grounding scents, and artful movement. With seven years of experience in Yoga, AcroYoga, and other forms of body movement, Andrea is committed to helping students feel energized, restored, and at home in their bodies. On a spiritual level, Andrea is passionate about inspiring others to find the magic that lies within each of us to live a purposeful and fulfilling life.

Tim Hedberg Bio
Tim is an experienced athlete with a diverse fitness background. He has a deep understanding of body movement and mechanics, which he gained through his experience as a wrestler in high school and college, and a soccer player for several years. Tim is also an avid strength trainer, which has helped him to further develop his fitness skills. With six years of experience in AcroYoga, Tim combines his athletic background with his passion for movement and community to help his students achieve greater levels of balance, strength, and flexibility. He provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment, where students can develop their skills and connect with others in the fitness community. In his free time, you can catch him running around Greenlake or working as a filmmaker at his company, Motivo Media.
