What does a Live Vital membership include? How many classes can I take in a month?
Hi, we get asked these questions a lot. So we thought we would dedicate a page to you epic peeps.
As teachers and students ourselves we are always committed to this practice. It ebbs and flows and hold the possibility to become a beautiful anchor in our lives. All you have to do is show up and land on your mat. We are around and ready to hear about a breakthrough, a challenge, or even how to adjust a pose to suit you. But enough about us! Here is what a Live Vital membership will give you.

- 2 week booking window (compared to 1 week)

Know that your reoccurring membership renews monthly. You can cancel any class reservation up to 1 minute before start time with no penalty. Not showing up for a class without proper cancellation or communication results in a $20 fee.
