A somatic approach to release, remembrance, and restoration

Most of us walk through life with a certain kind of armour — protective strategies we’ve built to survive. This armour doesn’t just live in our thoughts or beliefs. It lives in our breath, our posture, our musculature, and our nervous system.

The Boulter Method Breathwork offers a gentle and powerful way to meet the body’s holding patterns with presence, compassion, and awareness. Unlike some approaches that aim to break through resistance or generate intense emotional release, this work emphasizes safety, sustainability, and connection. The breath is used not to override the system, but to invite it into greater coherence — allowing the body to unwind at its own pace, in its own way.

This practice isn’t about trying harder or doing more. It’s about creating the right conditions for the body to feel safe enough to let go. As we bring loving awareness to the ways we brace, clench, or collapse, something profound happens: the holding begins to soften — not through effort, but through connection.

Each breath circle is:

• Somatic: rooted in body-based awareness and trauma-informed practice

• Safe and supported: guided with presence, clarity, and care

• Deeply restorative: allowing for release, insight, and integration at your own pace

• Honest and heartfelt: inviting the kind of truth that doesn’t come from the mind, but from the body

You don’t need to know what you’re coming to work on — or even what to expect. If you’re new to this kind of work, you’ll be gently guided every step of the way. Just bring your breath, your body, and your willingness to meet yourself more fully.

Deep Life Mindfulness Practice Series

It’s time to take pause from the challenge, pace and distraction of our modern world. Let’s come together, unplug and explore other ways of knowing and being through a range of practices that help us show up more fully in life. We will Investigate how the quality of our attention to the present moment directly affects how we experience and respond to all passages of life.

Join senior teacher and creative facilitator Bill Eager for this experiential learning journey. We will lean on time honoured, science backed practices that are designed to provide fundamental insights into our nature and to manifest those insights into everyday life. What does this mean? It means connecting inside yourself so you can connect more vividly with everyone and everything around you. It means expanding perspective and tuning in to what it feels like to live deeply. It means a renewed capacity for showing up with and for others and the community at large with curious, relaxed, generous and loving attention.

The effects of these practices will blanket your whole life.

Over a period of 4 consecutive weeks we will progressively plumb the depths of practice and inquiry into foundations and guidance for:

  • Mindful movement and embodiment
  • Relaxation and restorative rest
  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation
  • Sitting and walking mediation
  • Loving kindness, joy, gratitude and compassion practices
  • Reflective writing, active listening & mindful dialogue.

Open to all. No previous yoga or meditation experience necessary. Simply a willingness to be in kinship and connection with each other. These practices are accessible by everyone. This is a progressive series that allows us to learn and grow together and create an environment for trust, openness, friendship and mutual support. It’s what we need!

About: Bill Eager has been teaching yoga and mindfulness since 2006 and for several years, director of teacher development at Pranify Yoga. A restorative yoga & heart coherence journey to support a descent into deep rest and inner balance for body, mind and spirit.

The heart is our great compass ~ It generates the strongest energy field in our body.

When the heart comes into coherence the whole body can come into greater balance and ease. The mind then begins to quiet and the body begins to move out of a stress response.

When we align and harmonize the energy within the heart, a greater synchronization happens which allows for more divine Intelligence and life force energy to flow, leading to a change in the energy field around the heart.

By resonating at a higher vibrational frequency, the body can welcome in more love, peace, joy and compassion.
