It is important to enroll yourself in the event after you make a purchase of the ticket or credit. Making the purchase does not automatically enroll you in the event.

Series and workshops are a great way to deepen your practice and expand your relationship with self. Deep Life Mindfulness Practice Series

It’s time to take pause from the challenge, pace and distraction of our modern world. Let’s come together, unplug and explore other ways of knowing and being through a range of practices that help us show up more fully in life. We will Investigate how the quality of our attention to the present moment directly affects how we experience and respond to all passages of life.

Join senior teacher and creative facilitator Bill Eager for this experiential learning journey. We will lean on time honoured, science backed practices that are designed to provide fundamental insights into our nature and to manifest those insights into everyday life. What does this mean? It means connecting inside yourself so you can connect more vividly with everyone and everything around you. It means expanding perspective and tuning in to what it feels like to live deeply. It means a renewed capacity for showing up with and for others and the community at large with curious, relaxed, generous and loving attention.

The effects of these practices will blanket your whole life.

Over a period of 4 consecutive weeks we will progressively plumb the depths of practice and inquiry into foundations and guidance for:

  • Mindful movement and embodiment
  • Relaxation and restorative rest
  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation
  • Sitting and walking mediation
  • Loving kindness, joy, gratitude and compassion practices
  • Reflective writing, active listening & mindful dialogue.

Open to all. No previous yoga or meditation experience necessary. Simply a willingness to be in kinship and connection with each other. These practices are accessible by everyone. This is a progressive series that allows us to learn and grow together and create an environment for trust, openness, friendship and mutual support. It’s what we need!

About: Bill Eager has been teaching yoga and mindfulness since 2006 and for several years, director of teacher development at Pranify Yoga. Bill is a sought-after project manager & consultant specializing in creative facilitation helping organizations advance their interests through strategic planning, dialogue and engagement processes.
