A 40-Hour In-Person Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training rooted in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care
This 40-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive, in-person training designed for those who feel called to support pregnancy with skill, integrity, and care.
Offered at Pranify Yoga in Kelowna, this training unfolds slowly over four months, allowing time for integration, embodiment, and lived practice. Rather than a compressed or fast-tracked format, this training honours the rhythms of pregnancy itself — adaptive, intelligent, and deeply human.
Curated for yoga teachers and devoted practitioners, this training provides a comprehensive foundation in the anatomy, physiology, energetics, and lived realities of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Participants will learn how to support pregnant bodies through yoga with clarity, confidence, and respect.

Who This Training Is For?
This Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is for those who feel called to support pregnancy as a rite of passage, not a problem to manage.

Yoga teachers who wish to confidently and responsibly teach prenatal yoga
-
Teachers in training with an existing relationship to yoga and movement
-
Birth workers and women’s health practitioners with a somatic or movement background

An interest in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care
