TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All Live Vital unlimited memberships are billed monthly starting on purchase date.
- All Live Vital memberships will auto-renew monthly until requested cancellation. To cancel, 30 days notice must be provided to kelowna@pranifyyoga.com
- Live Vital unlimited memberships require 30 days notice to cancel.
- You can put memberships on hold for a month at a time. No less.
- General classes have a 6-hour late cancellation window.
- 6am classes have a 12-hour late cancellation window.
- You will need to cancel a booking for a class you no longer plan to attend yourself, using our Pranify App or our schedule via our website. We do not take cancelations via phone, email or at the front desk.
- Late cancels or no-shows will incur a $25 fee or loss of the class from the punch pass.
- Note that our $5 Meditation & $10 Drop-In classes will not incur an additional charge, only a loss of the original registration fee.
We are always willing to offer grace where we can. If there is a valid reason (illness, emergency) for being unable to cancel in time, send an email to kelowna@pranifyyoga.com, we will reverse it.
If you're on the waitlist and can no longer attend, please cancel your spot to make room for others.
