You can purchase and book your spot in any workshop or special event. This can be done using your Pranify App or here on our website.

To buy the workshop or event click RESERVE of the workshop you wish to attend then select BUY a NEW PAYMENT OPTION select the WORKSHOP credit you wish to be in (CHECKOUT AND PURCHASE) and then select the payment option you just purchased and RESERVE CLASS

It is important to enroll yourself in the event after you make a purchase of the ticket or credit. Making the purchase does not automatically enroll you in the event.

These offerings will be longer in nature allowing for the opportunity to dive into an immersive experience allowing you to explore beyond the usual limits of a regular class with the guidance and support of the teacher.

In this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to align your daily habits with the rhythms of nature so you can finally follow through on what matters most.

Part One: The Ayurvedic Daily Rhythm Learn the foundational principles of Ayurveda, yoga's sister science, and learn how to work with your unique constitution and natural cycles. You’ll explore simple, powerful shifts to balance your energy, support digestion, and improve sleep, so you can feel as good off the mat as you do after yoga class.

Part Two: The Science of Lasting Change If you’ve ever struggled with consistency and changing your habits—whether it’s waking up earlier, meditating daily, or setting better boundaries—you’ll learn why willpower isn’t the answer. In this session, you’ll learn how to use self-directed neuroplasticity to rewire patterns that keep you stuck, and create new habits easily and more effectively.
You’ll leave with practical Ayurvedic rituals and science-backed tools to create real, lasting change and close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
