Cacao & Tobacco Plant Spirit Circle

with Caroline Costa

6pm - 930pm

$55

Held in the Moon Room at Pranify

Join Caroline Pinheiro and her amazing plant spirit circles support team for a circle to work with the wise force of Kakaw and Tobacco. This circle flow is informed by Caroline’s many years of plant study and a commitment to community building and earth-centred healing. As a Latina journalist, doula, yoguini, and herbalist, rooted in the traditions of Umbanda and Abya Yala shamanism, you can expect to receive invitations and insights that are in alignment with the southern ways of knowing, doing and being.

Each circle is different, like the seasons and us evolving through time. However, guests can expect being invited to reflect on the passage of time and pray with seeds in the spirit of initiation. In general, these specific plant spirit circles offer a space to reflect on the past seasons, learn about the layers of the dream world, desire, intention and soul purpose, as well as setting intentions for the season ahead. Through working with Kakaw (Cacao) and Rapéh (Tobacco and other powerful plants from the Amazon Rainforest), we will deepen our understanding of how to live in harmony with the Earth and each other, from both an ecological and social perspective.

What to Expect:

Kakaw Sharing: A chance to learn about the work with this force and contemplate time and seasonal changes through the medicine of cacao.

Tobacco Study: A moment to study rapéh and tobacco and ground ourselves with the wisdom of this grandfather.

Life’s Cycles: Deepening our understanding of the natural cycles of life and how we can better align ourselves with them in the seasons.

Intention-Setting: Clarifying personal goals and desires while honoring the interconnectedness of all life.

Ecosocial Relationships: A conversation about coming back into the right relationship with the Earth, focusing on environmental and social responsibilities.

Community Sharing: Bring your rattles, drums, or instruments to enrich our collective experience and support each other in the work.

What to Bring:
* A journal for reflection and intention-setting
* A water bottle, mug, and an open mind
* Seeds of plants you love to trade with the group
* Your presence and open heart

This circle is an opportunity to contemplate time with a deeper understanding of how to set intentions that will contribute for you to experience harmony with the natural world. Join us as we come together to reflect, relate, and co-create the present with intention.

Boulter Method Breathwork Circle

With Reanna Costa

6pm - 8pm

In the Moon Room

A somatic approach to release, remembrance, and restoration

Most of us walk through life with a certain kind of armour — protective strategies we’ve built to survive. This armour doesn’t just live in our thoughts or beliefs. It lives in our breath, our posture, our musculature, and our nervous system.

The Boulter Method Breathwork offers a gentle and powerful way to meet the body’s holding patterns with presence, compassion, and awareness. Unlike some approaches that aim to break through resistance or generate intense emotional release, this work emphasizes safety, sustainability, and connection. The breath is used not to override the system, but to invite it into greater coherence — allowing the body to unwind at its own pace, in its own way.

This practice isn’t about trying harder or doing more. It’s about creating the right conditions for the body to feel safe enough to let go. As we bring loving awareness to the ways we brace, clench, or collapse, something profound happens: the holding begins to soften — not through effort, but through connection.

Each breath circle is:

• Somatic: rooted in body-based awareness and trauma-informed practice

• Safe and supported: guided with presence, clarity, and care

• Deeply restorative: allowing for release, insight, and integration at your own pace

• Honest and heartful: inviting the kind of truth that doesn’t come from the mind, but from the body

You don’t need to know what you’re coming to work on — or even what to expect. If you’re new to this kind of work, you’ll be gently guided every step of the way. Just bring your breath, your body, and your willingness to meet yourself more fully.

Can breath, presence, and compassion help us remember what it feels like to be whole?

Come find out.
