Join us this fall for a special opportunity to learn from master teacher Nicki Doane.
This 3-day Maya Yoga Immersion invites you to move, breathe, reflect, and restore as we align with the seasonal shift into winter. Whether you join for one session or all five, this weekend offers the chance to deepen your practice in community and reconnect with the heart of yoga.
Nicki has been a guiding light for many of our own teachers at Pranify, and we’re honoured to welcome her back. Each workshop is a full-spectrum experience, weaving together movement, breathwork, philosophy, meditation, chanting, and deep rest. Sessions are not heated, and all levels are welcome.

Turning Inward: A Maya Yoga Practice for Fall and Reflection
As the light fades and the season shifts, this practice invites you to slow down and align with the rhythm of autumn. We’ll begin with strong standing postures, forward folds, and twists to build internal warmth, then transition into supported postures and breathwork to soften and settle. Through the lens of pratyahara—the yogic practice of turning inward—you’ll release the outward energy of the year and move gently into stillness. A deeply grounding and nourishing start to the weekend.
Saturday, November 8 | 9 AM – 12 PM
The Maya Yoga: A Full Spectrum Flow
This immersive session blends all the elements of Maya Yoga—movement, breath, chanting, and meditation. Expect a strong, fluid practice that starts slowly and builds into a dynamic, full-body flow. From foundational standing poses to creative sequences, Nicki will guide you into a rhythm that awakens prana and strengthens presence. The experience closes with long rest and poetry, leaving you recharged, clear, and inspired.
Saturday, November 8 | 2 PM – 5 PM
Strength and Space for the Spine
Backbends become expansive when approached with preparation, awareness, and care. In this workshop, you’ll use lunges, hip openers, and shoulder openers to ready the spine for deeper heart-opening postures. With guidance on intelligent alignment and prop usage, you’ll find both strength and spaciousness in each backbend. A powerful journey into the spine’s full potential.
Sunday, November 9 | 9 AM – 12 PM
Twist to Transform: Detox, Release, and Renew
Twists ask us to be present. In this focused class, you’ll explore a range of twisting postures—standing, seated, and reclining—to build inner clarity and cultivate a sense of deep release. Each twist is an invitation to wring out the old and make space for what’s new. Through the integration of breath, alignment, and mindful pacing, this class offers a full-body detox and a renewed state of mind.
Sunday, November 9 | 2 PM – 5 PM
Relax Deeply: Restorative Yoga with Nicki
End the weekend with stillness and deep rest. This restorative practice is a gift to your nervous system—nourishing the parasympathetic state through gentle postures, breath, and the support of bolsters and props. Nicki will weave in timeless stories from the yogic tradition to guide your mind inward. A loving invitation to soften, release, and remember the power of simply being.
