I recently had an interview with YOGALOVE MAGAZINE...
QUESTION: Share with us what you LOVE about your festival location? (what makes it special, what can people expect from the location)
ANSWER: Leland Lake is a truly magical place, the desire of the owner, a fellow yogini, was to one day have a Yoga festival on her property and everything has been so thoughtfully placed with this in mind. It truly is a place to reconvene with nature. QUESTION: The theme of our issue this year is JOY, how do yoga festivals inspire JOY? (both for you in creating them and how will the community benefit).
ANSWER: I have found that my Joy comes from opportunities to serve others. My method of service in everything I do is heart centered. I get people to feel their own hearts and listen to that voice within that just wants to play and see life as a big adventure. It is so easy in the business of life to move away from what is really important. Life entices us, sucking us into the stories and dramas of the ego and we find ourselves moving further and further away from our joy. Many are walking through life listless and uninspired. My life purpose and goal behind all that I do is to reinspire passion and reignite the spark that glimmer of hope that allows for growth, expansion and transformation. From inception until now the wild ride of creating a festival has expanded every part of me giving me a larger capacity to hold an even greater amount of JOY!

Although I hold the title of creator of LiTT, I think in actuality LiTT has created me. Throughout the process of visioning and creating LiTT I feel like I have been re envisioned. I have two children and when each were born I felt like a part of my heart that I didn't know I had lit up. LiTT is my third child, and my heart has grown exponentially since its inception. And I can't wait for those that experience it to feel that love! My whole life I have gathered people together under the umbrella of LOVE whether it be retreats, workshops, classes or life coaching. But now more than ever, it feels like I needed to grow the stage. The world as we know it is dissolving. Old belief systems are being dismantled and the world, like me, is being re envisioned. We need more ways to come together under the common desire for community, connection, healing and LOVE.

LiTT isn't just a place to listen to some amazing music or do some yoga, it is an opportunity to unplug from the chaos of life and plug into nature. It is an answer to the calling of the soul which requires we slow down, nourish, play, move and connect on the level of the heart.

Honoring Monica Stein- Memorial Roots Class

In honor of our very special Monica Stein, we will be holding a special memorial Roots class taught by Briana Stein on Monday 9/23 7:30pm.

Monica was a cherished practitioner, teacher, mother, wife, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of many with her kindness, dedication, and wisdom.

Monica’s presence in our studio was a source of inspiration to all. She was the mama bear of the studio, generously sharing her love and wisdom with anyone who walked through the doors. She never missed a Roots class, especially her daughter Briana’s class. Being a school teacher of nearly 30 years, Monica loved being in front of a classroom and seeing students grow. In recent years, Monica had put her passion for teaching into yoga whether it was Hatha, Yin, or Kid’s Yoga.

With heartfelt sympathy,

Your yoga family at Pranify Yoga Seattle

A Healing Space: A 4 Week Women's Group

Thursdays In October:

10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24 6:30-8:30pm

$200 for all four offerings

Join us for a four week container as we reconnect with ourselves, gain confidence + clarity in our actions and create community with other women seeking the same alignment and happiness in their life.

Each week you will be led through a healing practice, here is a summary of what we will embark on.

Week 1: led by Chloe Lee, Clinical Hypnotherapist

Chloe will lead you through a Cacao Ceremony followed by a guided self-hypnosis session that will support you in seeking inner guidance and knowing what steps to take to improve your health and wellbeing. Issues and upsets from the past can slow us from achieving our healing goals; this session will help align your subconscious mind with your self-healing intelligence and encounter resources to heal and be happy.

Week 2: led by Chelsea Murphy, Director of Pranify Yoga, 500hr E-RYT

A night of embodied and expressive movement via yoga and free dance. Our intention is to feel connected to our bodies in an empowered and supportive way. Celebrate the strength, resiliency, and playfulness you possess. This yoga class is designed for all types of experience and bodies and can be customized to meet your individual needs.

Week 3: led by Mauve Holt, Painter

Mauve will lead you through a guided writing reflection to connect back to your little self. Together, we will explore linking those feelings and storytelling elements to your art via paint on canvas, paper, and low stakes collage work.

Week 4: led by Sophie Griot, Owner of Drift Creative Co.

We will explore your truest self expression and capture it on camera. Through reflection and working past our fear of being seen, we will create art together that radiates your essence.
