You can purchase and book your spot in any workshop or special event. This can be done using your Pranify App or here on our website.

To buy the workshop or event click RESERVE of the workshop you wish to attend then select BUY a NEW PAYMENT OPTION select the WORKSHOP credit you wish to be in (CHECKOUT AND PURCHASE) and then select the payment option you just purchased and RESERVE CLASS

It is important to enroll yourself in the event after you make a purchase of the ticket or credit. Making the purchase does not automatically enroll you in the event.

Series and workshops are a great way to deepen your practice and expand your relationship with self. These offerings will be longer in nature allowing for the opportunity to dive into an immersive experience allowing you to explore beyond the usual limits of a regular class with the guidance and support of the teacher.

No painting background necessary. Beginners welcome & encouraged.

Stimulate the flow state in a soulful evening of creativity & relaxation. A unique experience designed to awaken your body, calm your mind & spark your creativity.

Both yoga & art invite us into the present moment. It slows us down enough to focus on the here & now. It is a form of moving meditation. Art develops the brain & teaches us creative problem solving. It shows us that there are infinite possibilities & endless options for our ideas.

We’ll begin with a gentle flow practice that encourages mindful movement, deep breathing & presence. As your body moves & your mind softens, you will open yourself up to inspiration & new ideas will naturally arise. From that relaxed, centered state your imagination can truly take flight. Creating art can be therapeutic. It helps reduce stress & provides a safe outlet for emotional release & reflection. Helping us to embrace the process, trust ourselves & take risks.

What’s Included:

  • 45-minute flow yoga practice
  • 2 hour painting workshop (all materials provided)
  • Tea
  • Take your artwork home

What to Bring:

A yoga mat, water bottle & your creative spirit. Bring your open mind, comfy clothes you might get paint on & a willingness to have fun. Bring a photo for reference or make something abstract. The beauty of art is that there are no rules!

Tap into your self expression & embrace your inner artist as you create your own masterpiece in a supportive space. Come ready to move your body, connect & create.

Join James Baba and Special Guests for an evening of heart-centered Kirtan, where ancient Sanskrit mantras meet deep rhythm and soul.

This is not just a performance, but a collective, devotional experience.

Through call-and-response chanting and a unique musical style, James guides you into stillness and connection with Self, sharing a message of empowerment, peace, and unity rooted in the timeless teachings of his guru and the Kriya Yoga Masters.

Journey Into Birth

5 Week series

Wherever you are in your pregnancy, yoga during the prenatal time supports your emotional well-being, your blooming body and your growing baby. This prenatal series welcomes mothers to connect in community and mother culture. It is a safe space where we can support each other.

Throughout the series classes will offer:

  • Practical wisdom for an empowered birth as you enter into motherhood.
  • Mindful and nourishing movements practices, with consideration for all 3 trimesters.
  • Embodiment practices to ground you into your body and connect with your baby.
  • Informed education for your pregnancy, your postpartum period and your lifelong vitality.
  • Guest speakers from the community who serve in the birth space and support women's health
