
Roots
The Roots is our grounding Hatha Yoga practice specifically designed to be practiced in a heated room. This class is designed to invoke stillness and stability in body and mind through breath and focus. The Roots is an accessible set sequence that allows students to slow down and hold postures longer. All levels are welcomed and students are encouraged to customize this practice to their own needs.
Held in the Sun Room the heat is set to 38 degrees + 40-60% humidity. This allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification for the skin, blood, and muscles through sweat.
All levels welcome. This is a great class to start with if you are new to yoga or new to hot yoga. This is also a great class to return to the basics if you have a lot of experience with yoga.
