Styles of Practice

All of our classes are accessible to all levels. No experience is necessary. Honoring rest in savasana (laying down) when you feel called to is welcomed.

Roots

The Roots is our grounding Hatha Yoga practice specifically designed to be practiced in a heated room. This class is designed to invoke stillness and stability in body and mind through breath and focus. The Roots is an accessible set sequence that allows students to slow down and hold postures longer. All levels are welcomed and students are encouraged to customize this practice to their own needs.

This is a great place to start!

Held in the Sun Room the heat is set to 38 degrees + 40-60% humidity. This allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification for the skin, blood, and muscles through sweat.

All levels welcome.

Flow

Flow is a fluid and dynamic Yoga practice. Different from The Roots, Flow is practiced one breath to one movement, intentionally, which creates a moving meditation. Even with more movement in the class, the pace is still even and smooth. Each teacher customizes their class based on their sequence or intention for the offering. Flow yoga tends to have more upper body engagement. More poses are explored and you may find your heart rate increases a little more. Slow steady breathing is still a focus to master the energetic aspects of yoga.

All levels are welcomed and students are encouraged to customize this practice to their own needs.

Power Flow

Power Flow is a strong, inspiring practice that channels the innate power within each of us. This class invites you to explore your edge, challenging yourself physically while staying deeply connected to your breath. Each session is uniquely crafted by the instructor, allowing space for personal intention and creativity. With an emphasis on core and upper body strength, Power Flow encourages you to discover what you’re capable of and feel empowered by that strength.

Anchored in yogic breath, this class offers a dynamic workout experience within a supportive community, where everyone works hard together, inspiring one another to show up fully. All levels are welcomed, with the freedom to adapt the practice to meet your own needs and goals.

Yin

Slow moving, more passive, deeper stretching. Yin is both gentle, and yet a challenging practice. Poses are held for 3 – 5 minutes. More time in each posture gives way to restoring the body towards a natural state of softening and letting go. All poses are seated or reclined and there is almost always the use of props such as blocks and straps. This class is all about ‘un-doing’ all of the ‘doing’ we do! Yin is also a great intro to meditation and a great way to practice the ability to find stillness in body and mind.

Sometimes held in the Sun Room for a hot experience and sometimes held in the Moon Room for a non heated experience, check the room when you register.

All levels welcome.

Fuzion

Engage in a high energy class full of fun, with modifications and variations available for all bodies. This class will support the evolution of your practice and strengthen your mind-body connection. All levels welcome + encouraged.

Vinyasa

This class focuses on using mindfulness to build the connection between body, mind and spirit. The instructors will slowly link together poses inspired by the breath. Designed to create a sustainable foundation this class is set to a slower, steady pace to help you expand and evolve your understanding and practice of yoga. Build strength and confidence as you move into different poses with awareness. There will also be the opportunity to explore the ancient philosophy of yoga which can include Sanskrit, sutras and mantras.

Suitable for all levels this 75 min class will leave you feeling invigorated, inspired and connected.

Held in the Moon room - this experience is not heated.

All levels welcome.

Yin / Yang

Experience the Best of Both Worlds! This class offers a perfect blend of dynamic, active movements and deeply relaxing, supported poses. Ideal for all levels, it’s designed to harmonize your Yang (active) and Yin (passive) energies, promoting a smooth flow of energy throughout the body and mind. The practice will guide you through deeper, slower openings, with a focus on integrating breath with movement. Props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters will be used to support longer holds, helping to release even the tightest areas of the body. Allow yourself to surrender into the quiet moments while also embracing more movement than a traditional Yin class. This is the perfect opportunity to find balance between doing and being.

Held in both the Moon & Sun Rooms this experience is sometimes heated and other times not, check the class schedule and see where it is being offered.
